Isaiah was written in Hebrew in the 8th century before Jesus. The Septuagint is a Greek translation of the OT. The Septuagint dates back to the third century before Jesus. However good a translation the Septuagint was, it was just a translation.

The 3rd century BC translation was only the Five Books of Moses. The translation of the Prophets came some time later.
