Well, I’m glad I picked up the 1980 edition of the Die Bibel when I was last in Germany. And, by the way, “Einheitsübersetzung” should be translated as “Standard Translation” rather than “Unified Translation”.

‘It’s called “unified” because, from the original published from 1962 onward, these editions are supposed to be used ecumenically, unifying Catholics and Protestants in Germany.’ Odd how the author titles it Unified but puts the term for standard/or astanda4rdized in parenthesis.
