I'm up at 4:45 am every workday morning and often stay up until midnight. I usually end my day with a half bottle of wine or so and maybe a cigar or pipe. I do have yogurt and blueberries every morning. Not sure if this is the kind of routine the priest had in mind but I'll be happy to get to 90!
George Burns is kind of a role model for me. I think he kept regular habits too.

Peter Leo Gerety (born July 19, 1912) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was Archbishop of Newark, NJ from 1974 to 1986, having previously served as Bishop of Portland, Maine (196974). At age 103, he is currently the oldest living Catholic bishop in the world.
