Pope Francis, has praised Herr Heretic Walter Cardinal Kasper as a "very sharp theologian". This same "theologian", who has denied the historicity of Christ's Resurrection in his book, and, as early as 1993, signed, along with other German heretics, a petition to Rome to allow Holy Communion for unrepentant public adulterers. Well now Francis is "in the house" and he has given free reign to Kasper at both SinNods.
