Let’s stick to options that are at least reasonably feasible. Your solution would turn the whole world against us, since it’s basically a version of the “Final Solution”.
Unfortunately, due to their scriptures, it is the only secular solution that will work.
(That being said, I firmly believe that Jesus will return before that secular solution becomes necessary. But the end result will be the same, islam will be wiped from the face of the earth and remembered no more.
Until then however quarantine is the best tool we have to protect the innocents of the world.)
