See, I knew you only posted this thread NOT to discuss the subject but to present what you probably thought was an airtight open and closed defense of your "case". Your boastful presumption added to your posting history has resulted in just another warmed over, stale rehashing of what others have written books on - and you conclude those who disagree with your case do so because we "don't care about the truth".
