He always forgets the part about “well formed” conscience. An understanding of right and wrong based on solid principles proposed by competent authorities.
Look it up.
If someone’s conscience tells them that it’s OK to kill one’s spouse, the law will soon set that person straight.
By doing this, he sets himself apart from Catholic teachings, and renders himself unfit to be pope.
**On thorny issues such as contraception, Francis stressed that a couples individual conscience not dogmatic rules imposed on them across the board must guide their decisions and the churchs pastoral practice.**
????
Another reiteration of the Pope’s apparent position that the church is obsolete and unnecessary. It used to be comical to say “is the Pope catholic?” as a response to a question with an obvious answer. I am not so sure that one will work anymore.
Jer 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?
And don’t look to The Bible, by any means. Eh, Frank?
1Cor 5:12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore put away from yourselves the evil person.[
This is the worst thing Pope Francis has said since the Cardinals selected him Pope.
It will lead a lot of people into a sinful way of life.
People will be lulled into a doing whatever feels good type of mood if they are not following the rules laid out for them in the bible.
A lot of people need the regimentation laid out for them. If left to their own devices, they would thing anything goes.
Pope Francis is leading people astray with this.
Let us hope Jesus finds a way to correct this.
