By now it is obvious that the catholic mind is unable to comprehend metaphor, simile, and the parables Jesus used for teaching the spiritual things. These are deemed foolishness by those who are perishing. The Spiritual things conveyed via metaphors and parables are not discernible by those who are not in The Body of Christ, who are still of the carnal mind.

Your argument falls apart.
He also said He was a door, a vine, and bread.
Does that mean He is also made of wood, has green leaves, looks like the Pillsbury Dough Boy?
Or was He misleading us?
Then again, which one is it?
If the bread is really Jesus because of what He said and it’s NOT a metaphor, then Jesus is really a physical, literal door, vine, and bread, composed of those substances.
