Yeah, right. When protestant charlatans cannot explain plain scripture in front of them, the last resort is often that Jesus had that mean character and enjoyed sending people to hell rather than explaining Himself to them.
And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable. And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.Incidentally, this is a hard teaching, is it not? Shall we be like those fair weather friends of Jesus who abandoned Him over a hard teaching?
(Mark 4:10-12)
How does Rome 'explain' why Jesus did NOT get correct results the first time??
Mark 8:22-25
Doubtful; this is actually a huge symptom of Roman Catholicism. Little things like:
1 Timothy 2:5:
"For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,"
But yet, Roman Catholics pray to Mary to intercede on their behalf... and CCC 969 teaches that Mary is a "Mediatrix". According to that "plain scripture in front of them," Catholics still are taught to believe that Mary is a Mediatrix.
So, please...best not be lobbing any accusations like that around. The Catholic Church has already been hoist on its own petard many, many times.
