sacrAments...very few people receive all 7 because Holy Orders (ordination) and Matrimony are two of them...Extreme Unction is administered at death and many people cannot avail themselves because of circumstances...auto crash, plane crash, lost at sea or in war....but the others, Confirmation, Reconciliation, are usually received by all Catholics. The Sacrament of the dead is administered even after some time has expired (accident etc.) in the event that any trace of life remains.
