I sincerely hope that at some point God is able to remove the intense hatred and anger from your heart so you can really become a good Christian. I think you probably read scripture you just don’t live it. Sad.
Don't hold yer breath!
I've heard that once a publican; Always a publican!
Comments the nature of the above, since it makes it personal -- are generally forbidden on the religion forum.
Unless you'd care to have myself tell 'Catholics' around here what I think of them personally, I suggest that you refrain from accusing metmom of having 'hatred" and not living up to the word of God, etc.
By whatever measures that you use to judge others, let those same measurements be used to measure your own self ----to the utmost. No special pleadings and excuses, allowed.
You’re projecting because there is no intense hatred and anger in my soul.
You have just broken the guidelines for posting on the Religion Forum.
First, mindreading-a form of making it personal.
Then a horrible personal attack.
There are the kind of things that Catholics posters have been accusing non-Catholics here of posting, but could never prove it.
This is what got two or three dedicated Christians banned from Free Republic.
All because of false accusations, that, ironically, Catholics here have been guilty of. Projection, big time.
Congratulations Catholicism, you have gotten Christians martyred off of FR.
I will not report the violations, I like to leave them up so all can see the hypocrisy in black and white.
Take the following scriptures to heart...they may bring you forgiveness. Which BTW you can take directly to Jesus at His throne of Grace 24/7.
Exodus 20:16 King James Version (KJV)Perhaps that will be enough to help you, there are many more. Just ask
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.-James 4:11
To speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people. -Titus 3:2
The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. -Luke 6:45
With his mouth the godless man would destroy his neighbor, but by knowledge the righteous are delivered. -Proverbs 11:9
God Bless you, may he touch and regenerate your heart.
I agree, a somewhat knowledgeable person who has been SERIOUSLY led astray for no apparent good reason....very sad.
