With all due respect to Patrick Buchanan, I’m not interested in what he thinks the Pope believes (without the words of Francis to conclusively back up such suspicions). Again, post proof (of Francis’ own documented words) showing his lack of support of traditional marriage or just stop. You’re in danger of calumnity against the Pontiff.
As an aside, as I said then (at the conclusion of the synod) I personally believe he is going to come out in support of marriage (by upholding the ban on administration of the Eucharist to divorced and remarried) when he comes out with his exhortation sometime this year (the buzz is that that will come probably sometime around the feast day of St Joseph, so soon).
Wait until then. Otherwise you’re just participating in breathless, conspiracy theory type nonsense that further divides the Body. All of this, Buchannan’s post included, is just unsubstantiated paranoia.
