Not a Catholic problem but a cultural one. There are many Catholics that are “unchurched” since the q950s, one of the reasons many are duped into joining evangelical sects with their slick talk and bibliolatry.
They must be; as I've seen many times on FR; poorly catechized.
Why can't Rome TEACH it's material better?
Perhaps ISTEP testing will be seen in the future.
