I used to take a combo that had capsicum, garlic and turmeric, but it gave me heartburn even when taking it after a meal. I actually thought i was getting some some turmeric as part of
Circulation Essentials from Swanson's. (Which with their often email specials (20% all last Mon.) I find to usually overall be the cheapest.) But reading the label i find it is not.
