Someone is going to have to explain to me why the Fancher people even wished to leave that area of Arkansas. There is plenty of land and water and the area has a moderate climate. Not to mention that the hills and valleys are absolutely breathtaking. I am considering selling out from NE MS and moving to Marion County.

Arkansas is infested with ticks and chiggers! More than one person has left because of them.
