Then why does the RCC still allow, Pelosi, Biden, etc to receive communion?
You just excluded almost half of the catholics in the U.S. by that criteria based on past voting records.
Why no excommunication?
To: ealgeone
Wrong. More protestants voted for these men than Catholics. Protestants make up the largest denomination in the country.

I’m only 57, but I’ve never met anyone who hated Catholics who didn’t also hate anyone who called themselves Christian. I’ve been a baptist since I was 14.
Disagreeing with Catholic theology is not the same as hating Catholics. Not by a long shot.

Right, the liberal secular culture absolutely loves the discipline of celibacy, non-acceptance of remarriage after civil divorce, non acceptance of birth control within marriage and the authority of the Pope and Magisterium and always sides with the Catholics against the Evangelicals on these issues.No.
It loves that Catholicism insists the Bible is a book of parables and fairy tales. That's far more important than any silly celibacy to the Left.
And don't forget: RC's are an "immigrant minority" and FP's a "nativist majority."

Do we really have to post the numbers??

Oh my, now you've done it! The catholic whine was flowing and we were about to serve the cheese and crackers, and along you come and state the Truth boldly and sour their whine.
I am always amused when someone uses that old 'the demons believe and tremble, but that doesn't save them' line. The demons have no faith because they see Jesus for Whom He is, as attested by the demons Jesus cast out into the swine herd, etc. We exhibit faith when we believe in Him, and it is faith erupting from the broken and contrite spirit that God acts upon to make us/them born from above, as Jesus taught Nicodemus.

We weren’t talking about Protestants.
We were talking about Catholics.
They’re not Protestant on your say so just because you don’t like their position on certain issues.
Don’t forget..... Like y’all Catholics keep telling me, once a Catholic, always a Catholic. You have no choice in what they are labeled.
Until they’re not I guess.
If you don’t like that your church treats them as members in life and death, take it up with YOUR church.

The fact remains that in any friction between RCs and FPs the liberal secular culture will side with the RCs every single time.
Celibacy, divorce and remarriage, bc within marriage are all sources of friction between Catholics and Fundamentalist Protestants. The liberal secular culture sides against Catholics on those things. In fact, liberal secular culture invariably and always hates those things. Right?

In fact, it’s a bald faced lie.
People who repeat it are liars.
Because it’s a lie.
The bald-faced kind of lie, in fact.

BTW, weren't you just saying, there were 100,000 different Protestant sects? It looks like you are now saying there is one. Make up your mind bro. Which is it?

I am always amused when someone uses that old 'the demons believe and tremble, but that doesn't save them' line. They aren't saved and can't be saved because they're not human.
Jesus died for mankind. Salvation was never offered to the demons. THAT'S why they can't be saved even if they believe in Him, ie. know He exists and recognize who He is.
