Who told you that?
Protestantism is made up of all of the denominations that relate to the protestant movement that started many centuries ago.
I am not a Protestant although a Christian, but my understanding of God and scripture aligns with basic foundation of all Protestant denominations.
Therefore, I am not allowed to post on Protestant Caucus threads unless given permission from a Protestant.
I have been called a protestant many many times by Catholics that believe there is Catholism, and all other Christians (called "separated brethren,) which they classifty as Protestant.
BTW I privately asked politely the poster of a Protestant Caucus thread if I could post on it and was told no.
I had no idea that some Protestants separate themselves from simple Bible believing born again Christians.
Fine with me, that answer came so late that the thread was stale by that time anyway.
Since Catholics are also Christian, there shouldnt be a problem with us joining the conversation.Oh I think the problem is shown in your next statement:
For a Christian you are such a mean spirited personPerhaps this scripture will help:
King James 2000 Bible
Moreover if your brother shall trespass against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone: if he shall hear you, you have gained your brother.
You are certainly welcome to post on any Protestant caucus labeled thread I post.
In the past RF debates, it seemed that the Catholics considered Evangelicals as *Protestant*, IOW, anyone not Catholic, Mormon, Jewish, etc, was *Protestant*. So I was using the term *Protestant* as a catch all for non-Catholic Christians.
Religion moderator, I really hate to make more work for you, but since it’s come up, can a caucus thread have TWO caucus labels, as in Protestant/Evangelical?
I don’t want to exclude those who identify as Evangelical by labeling it *Protestant*, nor do I want to exclude those who identify as Protestant by labeling it *Evangelical*.
...but if he will not listen to the church
