Nathan Collier and his wives Victoria and Christine applied at the Yellowstone County Courthouse in Billings on Tuesday in an attempt to legitimize their polygamous marriage. Montana, like all 50 states, outlaws bigamy holding multiple marriage licenses but Collier said he plans to sue if the application is denied.

Yet, they're silent. --
I've seen at least one serious article by a pro-homo type that is stridenly against group love. Group love deprives males of desireable females (as if lesbo marriage doesn't!), and a couple other arguments that are easy to blast through.
The homo-marriage advocates want to be special, and now that they have what they sought, they aren't special any more.

I don’t support polygamy, but if I had to choose I would pick it over same sex “marriage”.

The transpecies people have rights, too. Who are we to decide who they can "love?"
If two men can play married, omg anything can marry. What's the difference?
Chicken + man = "love."
Woman + birch tree branch = "love."

John Roberts, in his dissent, said he couldn't see a principled way of opening the door to same-sex couples without also letting polygamists through." --
So what? There is no need for a "principled reason," as the majority proved. Just deny marriage to love groups on a whim, and call it done/law of the land.

That's racist. Birch trees have white bark. What do you have against black walnuts, anyway?

The government is going to have to end up out of the marriage business.

The government is going to have to end up out of the marriage business. Should have been left to the churches in the first place. Common law took care of what the churches didn't (Because if a man and woman can stay together for 5-7 years, they're not going anywhere).

Yes, because it cannot be limited to 3, right? Polyamory neans many loves or more than one love, doesn’t it?

That’s right, the feminists will never allow the oppression of two women by one man! /sarcasm;)

Are you rooting for them, or against them?
Well, that's an interesting question. I'm not sure.
From my point of view the laws against polygamy were created to enforce one religions doctrine on another religion. Religion by force. So pretty much unconstitutional.
However, it really doesn't matter at this point. Just forget about it and know that it's all expected. Worry about preparing for what's coming.
The modern religionists are talking about a new world order and the raise of some anti-christ in some kind of an organized world government. They're very wrong.
And a good percentage of the "Christians" think they are going to be raptured away from the destruction that's about to happen. Again, they are very very wrong.
To: DesertRhino
True; both polygamy and concubines have been around for millennia. Odd to me as a Christian, but more normal than what a gay man does to another man’s poop chute...

I hope they win so we can stop pretending the 2015 definition of marriage is anything but a joke. It will focus an unwelcome scrutiny on the post-Christian Supreme Court majority, and the deviants who pushed for “gay marriage”...
