Non-Catholics twist the meaning of Catholic beliefs and practices to the point that they are virtually unrecognizable. Got ANY evidence to show us, Bob?

Inquiring minds need to answer to this valid issue. First; YOU have to prove that it's a MAIN thing among us!

A covenant says "You will conceive in your womb and bear a son" --- but it's not a covenant until she says, May your word to me be fulfilled.Keep on trying...
A PROPHECYsays "You will conceive in your womb and bear a son" --- and it IS a true PROPHECY when it comes to pass.
There is NO 'covenant' here at all!
Have you REALLY been taught that there is??

And Jesus said "Blessed are they who hear the word of God and keep it." And Elsie says: "Confused are they who hear the word of God and feel they have to ADD to it."

816: Those who know that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, and refuse either to enter it or to remain in it, can not be saved.

If you will kindly read #1257 through #1261 you'll understand what the Church is talking about here. What?
The CCC is supposed to make understanding the BIBLE easier, and now it's required to make itself easier to understand?
I feel like I'm in a Death Spiral here!

Do you also write to the Orthodox Church, or the Anglican Church, or the Lutheran Church, or the Methodist Church, or other churches that have beliefs that are in accord with the Catholic doctrines that you call blasphemies? Well; when one of their members wants to post that THEIR church and ONLY theirs is the TRUE one; then they will get called out; too.
So far; all FR seems to attract is Catholics who think this way.
Mormons used to try to keep up with the barrage of Bible info; but quickly found out they could not keep up.

So what about the Orthodox, Lutheran, and Anglican belief in the real presence? Do you also call them blasphemers?Getting the 'number' will give one pause for reflection...

You and I and every other person on Earth today is under the dispensation of the Church Age. That does not lend itself to much interpretation: I'm shocked, shocked, that none of your colleagues have challenged you to prove the " Church Age" is found in the scriptures, but since you have apparently ceded that requirement and acknowledged your obligation and its jurisdiction, I submit there is a new covenant and one holy catholic apostolic church.

You MIGHT want to contact THIS arranger, and Deseret Books, and tell them of THEIR error....
When he was alive and a member of the First Presidency he could be referred to as "President Cannon".
Upon his death or upon his release from the that calling and is no long part of the First Presidency of the Church. Again, it's improper today to refer to him as "President" Cannon. As he was never the President and Prophet of the Church.
To: CynicalBear
The assumption of Mary as well. The assumption that Mary was assumed bodily assumes evidence for which neither assumption has a Scriptural basis, eh?

So you’re saying that you are NOT going to contact those others and tell them that they are wrong?

There is NO 'covenant' here at all! But even if there were, all God's covenants are unilateral. God doesn't negotiate on these things, AFIK. To think otherwise is to not know Him at all, eh?

Joseph Smith was a President of the Church.

I'm sure that Carter, Clinton and the Bushes will take note of the correction needed.
