LOL! Presidents nominated them and the Senate approved them. Why are you not happy with that?

I think Born Again Christians are dissapointed by the liberalism of the SCOTUS because the leftists appoint people based on their politics and the Pubs because they can get the nominee through the nomination process. We end up with weak minded types like Roberts and Kennedy more often than not.

It would be near impossible to get a Born Again Christian on the SCOTUS. The GOPe would never support someone who actually believes the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
