No, the Catholic church needs to prove that it’s teachings are from God.
If they are claiming they are, it is their responsibility to provide the evidence.
It’s a fallacy to demand that everything they state be taken as the truth unless disproved, with ho supporting evidence on their part.
Say so is not enough to demand acceptance of their claims.
I could say that Peter owned a golf course and country club. Scripture doesn’t say he didn’t. Prove me wrong.
