Graham Calls for Boycott of Pro-Gay Businesses
http://www.cbn.com ^ | June 8, 2015 | CBNNews.com

Franklin Graham is calling on Christians to boycott businesses that fund and promote the gay activist agenda.

Graham made the comment on Facebook, announcing that his ministry is pulling its accounts from Wells Fargo Bank because they're using a same-sex couple in their ads.

"This is one way we as Christians can speak out," Graham said. "We have the power of choice. Let's just stop doing business with those who promote sin and stand against almighty God's laws and His standards."

Gay activist bloggers are mocking Graham, saying it will be nearly impossible to do what he says because so many businesses now support the gay agenda.

In an earlier Facebook post, Graham called on Christians to pray for Supreme Court justices as they prepare to rule on gay marriage.

Graham said declaring same-sex marriage a constitutional right would be a "wicked, wicked thing," adding, "The only hope we have is prayer."

"Imagine tens and tens and tens of thousands of Americans praying for God to hear their prayers and to change the hearts of these justices," Graham continued. "He might just do that."

“Pick one pro-sodomy business and boycott it. Make it hurt their bottom line. The others will follow suit.”

That was the successful strategy of the auto workers’ union.
Works every time. Take one down, and go down the row. They will get the message.

Yes, saw it twice last night on HGTV.

HGTV, where half the folks on House Hunters are Gay.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

These men have not sinned against me, they have made me delicious sandwiches is what they have done.

The Nazis made exceptionally fine products too. There were quite a few businesses in this nation that continued to do business with the Nazis even after it became apparent that these people were going to be our enemies.

Ability to produce quality goods is not the sole characteristic for which people should be patronizing businesses. If you are putting money into the pockets of people who are against your long term interests, you are making a mistake.

Many Jews found out that it was a very bad idea to support Nazi candidates for public office, and make no mistake, something very like the Nazis is what we see coming out of the current Gaystapo. In fact, much of the Nazi party was homosexual. It was even founded in a Homosexual bar.

I can only decide how I want to behave. I don’t have control over other to such an extent that I can decide how they behave.

If you decide that you want to boycott a business such as the one I have described, then that is a decision you will have to make.

I would certainly stop patronizing them if they started pushing the gay agenda from their business. That isn’t something I would want to participate in, but they have not done that so far being in business for just over a year now.

As far as nicing ourselves to death... if a person is mean to me, then I may well chose to be mean to them, or I may choose to treat them with kindness. It would depend on which response from me I deem more effective to the situation.

But if a person is kind to me, then I will only respond to them with kindness. These two men have never been anything other than incredibly nice to me, so it isn’t possible for me to respond to them in any other way.

We canceled our Chase Visa.

If I understand correctly, WalMart is also pro gay. If that is so, it will seriously limit us in where we shop, since they put other local stores out of business years ago.

I have no problem with gays who live their lives and don’t have an activist agenda. I do have a problem with Gayhadis who want to dictate to the rest of us and infringe on our right to religious liberty.

Hmmm, so all you need to know about someone is that they are homosexual and you then decide all else about them must be okay...yet, you imply that anyone else who is not homosexual must be more sinful...now that is some real twisting on God’s word and intent. Congratulations, you have succumbed to satan and his logic.

Thing is I haven’t seen any evidence that these men support things against my interests. My guess is that they support the gay agenda simply because they are gay.

But there is a possibility I could be wrong about that. There are gays who do not support gay marriage.

However, if I decide that I will not patronize or support any person who disagrees with me politically, then I cut myself off from many things I enjoy, especially music from certain artists.

Many or most creative people are left minded, yet I still enjoy the things they create.

People believe all sorts of crazy things, I can’t change the world and make them all agree with me, nor can they do the same to me.

That is very interesting about the Nazi party though. I have always thought of Naziism as the greatest extent of man’s desire to control other men.

And is there any evidence of homosexuals being particularly fond of control? I’d say yes.

Yeah me too.

I really just try to live and let live, and I hope that others do the same.

Sadly, others often do not.

One thing we need to understand is that many corporations are “pro-gay” out of fear of persecution...I agree that that should not be acceptable, but we do need to consider what is said and what policies are in place. For example, in the case where Christians are therefore persecuted with the pro homosexual policies, such as in that donation website...we should boycott them. Others, may simply be falling on their sword from fear of the evil ones.

I hired and worked with a gay young man who has been in a partnership for years. He was an excellent worker and left to go into management with another company. I have never had a problem personally with anyone who was gay.

I do have a problem with the Gay Militant Agenda. I don’t think they realize that they actually harm the opinion that others have of gays. If those militants would just get on with their lives, everyone would be better off, including them.

Yeah the militants are a real problem, and I also think that they do harm to gays by lowering the opinion of others, inciting ire and such.

If a person is nice to me, and I am nice to them. if a person let’s me be, I let them be.

Not everyone is like that though, some people can’t leave well enough alone, and that makes them a problem.

Their business isn’t a sin, and furthermore it is not my duty to punish sin in this world.

Fair enough...for me, the determining factor would be how over the top they were in their proclivities...for instance, you say it’s obvious they are gay; I would think that comment needs to be fleshed out a bit more. Obvious how? do they flaunt it? If so, no business with them would be my stance..but if I found out quietly, either from them or some third party, and nothing more is ever said about it, it would be business as usual...

I do not think you read, or if you did, understood my post.

Judging by your subsequent posts in this thread, I submit that I understood your post just fine.

If you cannot understand that, my explaining further will not enlighten you.

In my experience, that's just a long-winded way of saying "because I say so." So be it. Your concession is acknowledged. Have a good one.

There very few places that aren’t pro-gay.

I don't think that's true, but even so, the ones to boycott are the ones that are vocal about their support (especially in their advertising) and, particularly, the ones who give big bucks to pro-gay (i.e., anti-Christian) causes. That narrows the field considerably.

If Christians aren't willing to be careful about where they spend their money, which is a relatively easy thing to do, then we really can't complain, can we?
