I have a different interpretation about what Jesus said when He said certain things are sins. Many Christians think divorce is a particularly bad sin because Jesus mentioned it. My take is that Jesus was pointing out that we sin almost all the time. We thought divorce was “ok”, but it turns out it isn’t. I think He was addressing people who felt they followed the letter of the law and Jesus was pointing out that they weren’t and that everybody was sinning all the time.

Divorce is ok if it meets the requirements mentioned in the Bible.

I personally accept ALL Scripture as The True Word Of God.If a husband beats his wife, you can get out. Pat Robertson is pretty sensible on that issue.

I am a sinner saved by Grace...we are saved by Grace through Faith, not of works lest any man should boast. That comforts me.

My big thing is with people claiming to be Christian but supporting abortion/gay marriage etc, and also voting for the Name of God/Christ to be removed from the public square etc,

Teaching children that homosexuality is a option for them, I cant get passed that, to the point were I see a black minister on tv. I cant take him seriously until I can search him out to see were he stands on Christian social issues.

If I find out that he supports Obama or the Democrat party, I want nothing to do with him, same deal for liberal Catholics/protestants
