"Gay marriage will separate the sheep and goats." Given the Holy Bibles condemnation of same-sex sexual relationships as evidenced by Romans 1:25-27 and 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, and lets not forget Jesus teaching in Matthew 10:15, gay marriage is certainly separating the sheep from the goats.
In fact, Luke 12:25 shows that Jesus claimed to to bring division on the earth, not peace.

My King James has the business of divider at Luke 12:14 (you should be more specific about the version you are reading). Anyway, the context was about dividing an inheritance and not the broader conflict you infer. However, in my King James, Matthew 10:34-37: Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. An a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
In the whole of Romans 1, First Corinthians 6, and Matthew 10 I find no reference to homosexuality. Please be more specific about the Biblical prohibitions; I am sure they exist -- but not where you cite them.
