What Catholic mysticism does is reject the Bible as the sole and sufficient and perfect revelation of God and tries to delve beyond the Bible, even beyond thought of any kind, and find God through mystical “intuition.” In other words, it is a rejection of the God of the Bible. It says that God cannot be known by doctrine and cannot be described in words. He can only be experienced through mysticism. This is a blatant denial of the Bible’s claim to be the very Word of God.
This opens the practitioner to demonic delusion. He is left with no perfect objective revelation of God, no divinely-revealed authority by which he can test his mystical experiences and intuitions. He is left with an idol of his own vain imagination (Jeremiah 17:9) and a doctrine of devils.

Don’t talk about my mother that way. She would be GREATLY offended.
Without my mother I would not be born and therefore would not need to be saved from my sins. My mother was a sinner (she died) and she too needed redemption. This comparison does not work. I’m surprise catholics buy into it.

Consider:
Do you have a statue of your mom?
Do you kneel before this statue and/or light candles before this statue?
Have you composed hundreds, it not thousands of prayers to your mom?
Has your religion built places of worship to your mom?

Your mother’s consent was necessary to your life. Your coming into the world was necessary to your redemption. Therefore your mother made it possible for you to be redeemed. The other thing necessary to your redemption was the Redeemer’s coming into the world. The Blessed Virgin Mary made that possible. Isn’t that in your Bible?
In the reality of God’s Word; once a Christian, always and forever a Christian. The mysticism seeking Christian is not a Christian, or ex-Christian. You cannot un-learn truth. Many people will claim Christianity and will never be Christians, though the potential is always there for them to truly become, and remain, Christians.

Not a nice way to talk about the Redeemer. I notice the Holy Rollers often drop their smug piety when they can zing a Catholic.
There is no record of the early church praying to Moses or David for intercession ... That is because scripture tells us that "the veil was rent"(Mat 27:51) that separated men from God, and that we can now "boldly approach the throne of God"(heb 4:16)
Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith. Actually he was telling US how to pray
You err in several assumptions in your post.
That without Mary God would not have been able to accomplish His plan.
Mary is not the Blessed Virgin. It is not a title as catholics like to claim. The Bible notes she will be counted as blessed.....not called.
The greek for "will count blessed" is a future tense verb....not an adjective....not a title.....no matter how much catholics want it to be.
Mary is never referred to in the manner of the "Blessed Virgin" in the Word. It is a made up catholic title.

And yet Paul asks his readers to pray for him. Evidently he didn't know any better.

And yet the apostles never are recorded as praying to them are they ?

Then why are their sites with prayers to Mary. That seems like worship to me. Why are their statues of her so people can bow down to?
She is dead. I have never, ever prayed to/for a dead person.
If a person asks for prayers, he/she expects that person to pray to Jesus not some dead person. I know I would.

Not a very nice term. They are Christians. I have been to a church like that. The minister taught from the Bible. I have been to a service where they “shouted” in the spirit and talked in tongues. I was a kid and did not see anything wrong with it and I still don’t.
