I'll not argue with your rejection of our efforts to win on the right to life in our denomination. I'm not satisfied myself. It has been such a difficult struggle against homosexuality that little time in our 10 day meeting was left to discuss anything else.
I have more than once yearned to be elsewhere. God has not yet released me from Thyatira.

I do not and did not mean this as an indictment of you personally, nor of the good people who are Methodists, nor even of the good people who are still in the UMC
homosexuality, while sinful, to me on a scale of things pales before baby-killing
I feel for you -- it must be so incredibly hard and thankless at times. May God bless you and help you on this sisyphean task. This is not a Methodist, not a Catholic, not a issue -- this is about life, the most innocent life
