Yeah, attraction does not equal behavior. I may be forever stuck attracted to nicotine, but that does not mean that I have to start smoking again. I may have a strong liking for the taste of pizza, donuts, and Reese’s peanut butter candy, but that does not mean I have to eat huge amounts of those foods which contain low nutritional value, and I am just getting started...

Your food addictions are not exactly the same as sex with children.

This is what the bishop said: “No one chooses to be gay or straight, One simply feels, loves, experiments, is attracted, and no attraction is bad.”

“Experiments” means that you succumb to your attraction and he says that none of them are bad.
