It applies to people who have not been exposed to God’s Word, through no fault of their own (most commonly with regards to infants)Not to get off the subject too much, but I understand the plan of salvation perfectly. What I do not know for sure about, is what about infants? I hope someone will start a thread about it. I would like to hear a bunch of other opinions.
