Sorry but you can't get 'Catholic' out of that...It does not refer to 'all' churches...The 'all is in connection with Judaea and Galilee...

Where else does your religious community believe there were churches at this time ?

And by looking at Revelation 1-3 we can see that the churches were not universal...So again, Catholic teaching right out the window...>o

Scholarship work suggests between 91-96 AD.
