Some years ago a forensic doctor looked at Christ’s Passion and Crucifixion From a forensic point of view. After looking at the evidence in the Gospel Jesus would have died from the injuries and blood loss from the beating he took alone.
But he was also fully God and could carry on where the fully human failed. He was doing the Father’s will.
