Thus, two men could baptize 24 people per minute between them. That’s 1440 people in a single hour. In ten hours that would be 14,400 people.

We're not talking two people...We're talking one person...And if the guy only worked 12 hrs. a day, that's over 21 people per minute...

Perhaps he did a hundred at a time...With people holding hands and a good garden hose, maybe it's possible...He could say the words to the first one and since they were holding hands the effect would travel to the end of the line...

“We’re not talking two people...We’re talking one person...”

No. Two people. I posted the quote that showed it was TWO people. Here: “Peter of Ghent, writing from Mexico in 1529, states that another priest and himself...” TWO PEOPLE: “another priest and himself”.

“And if the guy only worked 12 hrs. a day, that’s over 21 people per minute...”

1 man baptizing people = 1 person baptized every 5 seconds.
That’s 12 per minute.
That’s 720 per hour.
That’s 7,200 in ten hours.

Thus, if there were TWO MEN - just as the source said - that would be 14,400 in ten hours. It is entirely possible to baptize 14,000 people in one day.
