The land on 3 sides of me are farm: corn and soybeans alternative years.

I have a strip; under high tension lines about 3 acres, that my neighbor share crops.

I have 13 acres, mostly trees, that was full of underbrush when we got this place 10 years ago. It's now open enough to actually enjoy a bit.
