James did not concurr, you are making that up...Peter spoke first...Paul spoke second and James layed it out on the line...There's no question that James was the decision maker...

Why didn't YOU post the whole passage where JAMES stands up and speaks his piece and where the church makes the decision unanimously?

Say what? In what alternate world does "I judge not to trouble" mean "James then concurred"?
