So....Catholics are not Christians? We have agreed for years that Mormons are not Christian as they reject the Trinity.

I don’t know who “Rome” worships. Rome is a city. I worship my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And I’m Catholic. What does that mean for me at the Sunday worhsip level? That I receive the Sacraments which Jesus Himself instituted at the Last Supper. And that means Christ is physically present at the Mass.

BTW, in Catholic school we studied the Thirty Years’ War. People mostly in Germany killed each other by the hundreds of thousands over their differences about the manner in which Jesus should be worshipped.

If we’re back to the days of Catholic bashing as in the 19th Century in America, then that’s sad. At least it hasn’t turned into open warfare. Been there, done that since the Defenestration of Prague.
