An evangelical Christian who said he was forced to retire from his job as a general laborer at Consol Energy/Consolidation Coal Co.'s mining operations in Mannington, West Virginia, for his religious beliefs was awarded $150,000 in compensatory damages last Thursday by a federal jury.

Senior Judge Frederick P. Stamp Jr. is also expected to determine other compensation owed to the ex-employee, Beverly R. Butcher, at a later hearing, according to a report in The Exponent Telegram.

The U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit on behalf of Butcher against Consol Energy in September 2013 after the company refused to accommodate him when he told them that submitting to a newly installed biometric hand-scanner that tracks employees' time and attendance conflicted with his religious belief, according to Law 360.

Not taking the mark doesn’t get you to heaven, but accepting the covenant with the Beast (becoming part of the “system”) will definitely get you to hell.

Do you have to understand the fulfillment of the prophecy before you’ll believe the Prophet?

And what does a person do when his/her parents filed paperwork to assign a soc sec # to them shortly after they were born????!!!!???

How do they get out of it???!!!??

They didn’t choose it, their parents did!

Cash.

Underground economy.

Its being done.

BUT

I can’t see how, once someone has been assigned a soc sec # shortly after birth (by parents filing paperwork) , someone can then get rid of it.

Doesn’t taking the mark of the beast imply -volition-?

A baby can’t make that decision.

21 years ago I sent the social security administration a letter that voided my contract with them.

No response, but that doesn’t matter. I sent it return receipt. I have filed one return, under duress, in 21 years. A federal return is voluntary unless you are under contract. That’s why it is confusing even to everyone at the IRS. The federal government has no constitutional basis for any interaction with a citizen NOT living in its territorial jurisdiction UNLESS that citizen ASKS to be part of a quasi-social/business contract. The nexus for everything supposed conservatives hate with regard to the federal government begins when YOU request a social security contract that comes with its corresponding number identifier. The income tax (misnomer) was passed (supposedly) because the people demanded that the rich pay their fair share... In nearly every respect we suffer under despotic federal authority because WE ASKED FOR IT.

HMS S, many thanks for the reply.

David,

If two people have a contract,

Can one person send notice to the other person that he/she no longer wants to be part of it?

If the other person doesn’t reply to the sender, does that make the contract still in effect?

Under what circumstances can the contract be considered no longer in effect?

All contracts involving continuing payments and future services are adhesion contracts. They are only in effect when both parties are in agreement. Canceling your life insurance, as an example, is as easy as refusing to pay your monthly premium. Of course the government makes it SEEM like you are always and forever a slave when you make that first step, but fortunately for us slavery was outlawed 150 years ago.
