Catholics have no need for “born again” in the sense understood by Bible-Christians. We have the “Holy Eucharist”
Here’s St. Thomas Aquinas, considered by many the greatest theologian who ever lived on the Holy Eucharist after whom colleges and universities have been established in many parts of the world.

WOW, so you are saying that Catholics do not believe that John was correct when he said, "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God", and that Peter, had it all wrong when he said, "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever"? Do you think these two disciples of Jesus perhaps did not understand the gospel, or what?
Instead of accepting the savior's gift of salvation once and for all and being "born again" and living day-by-day with the blessed assurance of heaven, you Catholics must continually take Holy Communion over and over and over again, what.... weekly, daily,(how often do you have to do it to be assured of your salvation?) because salvation depends on this ceremony? That is what I am hearing you say when you say you don't need to be born again, because you have the Eucharist.
We Protestant Christians celebrate Holy Communion as well. But we do it in remembrance of of Him (Christ Jesus) in simple and joyful fellowship with each other and Him, just as He taught in the scripture.
