Actually that didn't happen. No Marian apparition is to be believed "de fide." All the Church can do is to examine the evidence to determine whether the message of the purported apparition contained anything contradictory to Catholic faith and morals, and whether it was (apparently) the product of natural causes.

None of this is "de fide," and none of it is necessary for salvation.

I thought you'd want to know.
