You really need to throw that Douay-Rheims Bible in the trash. Psalm 1:2 does NOT say "without blemish".
Psalm 15:2 He who is walking uprightly, And working righteousness, And speaking truth in his heart.
Besides, Psalm 15 is simply talking about who may dwell in God's sacred tent. It does NOT say anyone alive was able to do that.
