Jesus lives in our hearts by faith, not our gut by ingestion.

Did you get a degree in dietetics or are you a Medical Doctor?

Christ, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity is consumed into our entire body, mind, heart and as you say (vulgarly) intestinal system.

The Holy Eucharist is much more than just food, although some saints have survived years on just the Eucharist and water.

Jesus lives in our hearts by faith, not our gut by ingestion.

Seeing as how you brought up ingestion in relation to the Eucharist. Do Protestants consume fat? Lev_3:17 It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings, that ye shall eat neither fat nor blood.
