It was Jesus who spoke about casting the mote out of another’s eye when we have a beam in our own. It was He Who said, “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone,” thus sparing the adultress, with an admonishment for her to “go and sin no more.”
Mocking His mother and her spouse for living in continence, and judging Jesus’ mother is not the same as judging one’s actions out of kindness and a desire for their salvation. Remember the parable of the Pharisee and the publican... God be with you!
