The verse doesn’t say they are unable, but merely implies the angels in heaven do not marry.
There are cases of demons, i.e. fallen angels, without bodies, who engage in sexual activity with humans. They are forbidden, but not impossible. They also are sought by those in some occultic circles.
While I don’t know with certainty that such an interpretation of Gen 6 is true, there is definitely sound historical basis to support that interpretation.
“there is definitely sound historical basis to support that interpretation”
That’s probably an understatement, since that is the only way the text was understood historically, by both the Jews and early Christians. It was not until very recently that people became “squeamish” about the implications and started positing other explanations.

.
That is partly because they do not have ‘female’ angels to marry.
The “fallen angels” do have bodies, just not biologically reproduced bodies. (remember how Elisha asked God to allow his disciple to see the angels that surrounded them?)

True! - This was affirmed by Yeshua’s younger brother Jude.
.
Sure there are...
No bodies?
then invisible Viagra is needed.
It 'implies' nothing.
It quite positively states: THEY DO NOT MARRY.
