I have no doubt that you believe that. Christ preserved Judas as an apostle until he fulfilled his purpose as well. The Catholic Church will be preserved until the events of Revelation 18.

Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. Revelation 18 is talking about the Roman Catholic Church.The woman that rides the beast. Mystery, Babylon the Great, The Mother of Harlots and abominations of the earth.

Revelation 17:9 This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.
