A proud noobie since 2006, that’s me! (Actually I posted under a different handle for some years before that.)
I agree God doesnt hear all prayers, I just think it presumptuous of me or you to say that we know which prayers He does hear.
Among other things, Jesus was very clear that in the Last Days a good many of those who were firmly convinced they were on His good side would be rejected, while those viewed by themselves and others as not good enough would be welcomed into His kingdom.
If you were not trying to say that in your opinion God did not hear Muslim prayers, then I apologize for my misunderstanding. But if you were, it sure looks to me like you were setting yourself up as the authority who knows which prayers He hears.
Sorry, Sherman. My "newbie" comment to you was a mistake, not meant for you, but for the other guy who just signed up in August.
No, I wasn't "setting myself up" as anything. The original comment by the other guy that the lady was "rude" was what started it. Then, the other guy said that, basically, we all pray to the same God, who has "many different names." That's what I was rejecting. Allah is NOT God, and those people who run the National Cathedral were purely stupid for inviting Islamists into that church like the dhimmis they are showing themselves to be.
You mean other than He tells us in His word which prayers He hears? You may want to investigate what He has to say about that in His word. And you may want to check out the attitude of the owner of this site towards those who oppose the one true God also.
