LOL I wouldn't bet on the "shut em up" part. It is interesting that the hierarchy of the Catholic Church would have considered them excommunicated however. Evidently the lay people are not to spread the gospel as scripture admonishes us to do. It's one more instance of the duplicity that is Catholicism. Oh, and proof that they haven't changed in 2000 years right.

It is interesting that the hierarchy of the Catholic Church would have considered them excommunicated however.

It also considers us 'separated brethren' saved; merely not in FULL accord with their church.
