I get that there are many who detest Mormons, even the non-polygamy versions of today, but they often show their asses by grasping at straws. Why do you fear the truth?

I do not fear the truth. I do not believe in Mormonism, but I do not see constant attacks on it to be the best way to spread the Truth of the Gospels - it hinders the effectiveness of spreading the Good News when one is constantly harping on the negative.
