Good point I missed that entirely. I'm really disappointed in this bishop.
It's an occasion for me to remember that my ultimate hope and trust is not placed in only a man or men but in Jesus. Even as Catholics we are called to this. Despite protestations to the contrary from others (pun intended) it's still true as Catholics we are to focus on Christ because men will always fail us, since they aren't God.
