Indeed, murder under the law is a largely a matter of jurisdiction. Because Jesus has specifically stated His kingdom is not of this world, no office of the Ecclesia Jesus is building has any authority to end a human life.

Therefore, the Roman heresy that tries to justify killing these alleged “soul murderers” is essentially making a false claim of temporal jurisdiction. So really you’ve got one definite heretic intentionally killing another alleged heretic, and as that fails of the principle of either justification or excuse (self defense, for example, could be a legitimate excuse for homicide), it is undeniably murder, and given the statements of Jesus concerning murder as a matter of the heart first of all, I do not know how those who in spirit support such murders can qualify for heaven, because we know unrepentant murderers will not be there:

(KJV)Revelation 22:14-16
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. [15] For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. [16] I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Peace,

SR

People died at the word of a prophet or apostle so this general principle you propose seems incongruent with other scripture that we see in Acts, 1 Corinthians, and Revelation (the rest of the OT supporting my point, as in Moses and Elijah the prophet and the two witnesses ).

9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. 10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. 11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things. 12 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.

3For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, 4In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

4These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6
