Not only has the Catholic church gone above and beyond what was established by Paul in the number and types of office, but they have simply not followed his instructions in adhering to those qualifications as outlined in the letters to Timothy, Titus, and 1 Corinthians 5.Who is your local bishop?

Who is your local bishop? We have none, as we are in correct in so many things; right.
The question is WHY the TRUE CHURCH (that Jesus started) has all these EXTRA things that we do NOT find in recorded as Jesus' words or the Apostles word's.
