I'm just going to add that when you take ‘any’ vitamin...it needs to be “ a standardized formula”....otherwise manufactures can put oodles of fillers in it with just a smidgen of the actual vitamin itself and still call it , let's say Vitamin-C.

In Europe it's required for all their vitamins.....over here you can use anything and call it a vitamin.

That’s interesting. What about the label on the side of the vitamin bottle? If it says it has “100% of the RDA of Vitamin C” for example, is it possible it doesn’t?
