Most years, the blood of Saint Januarius (died ca. 305) liquefies on his feast day. This is a sign of the power and the love of God.
...”This is a sign of the power and the love of God”....
Not by any means....
Jesus says...”A wicked and adulterous generation ‘looks for a sign’,... but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.” ....Jesus then left them and went away......Matt 16:4
Jesus wasted no time in useless discussions with perverse opponents who ‘will’ not see the truth....Of his death and resurrection, which Jonah was a type, they knew and understood nothing.
Sure it is...
So 'they' tell you...
1Co 1:22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
2Co_5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
It most certainly is not.
